If you know you're coming this Sunday and want to go ahead and have your child's check-in ready just let us know through this form. Please note, if you're doing this on Sunday morning it's better to text your child's name to 803-918-5711 asking us to check them in.
Name, email & phone is for parent/guardian. (If you're wondering why we ask for a phone number, we like to have a mobile number we can text providing us another way to get the parent/guardian if they are needed during the service.)
